If you or your child are in the beginning stages of recovery from an eating disorder, or identify as being at risk of an eating disorder, then therapy can help. We offer multiple methods for addressing eating disorders for both individuals and parents.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is best known for treating trauma, but is also successful in treating performance anxiety, complicated grief, low self-worth, or when you feel stuck in traditional talk therapy.
