Take the stress out of affording therapy and start your self-care journey today
I am a resident in counseling pursuing dual licensure in art therapy and talk therapy. With a deep belief that there is never a wrong time to start therapy, I see the therapeutic journey as a proactive step toward self-awareness, growth, and emotional well-being—rather than a reactive response to crisis.
My passion for art is not just a personal interest but a powerful tool I integrate into my therapeutic approach. I believe that creativity can unlock insights and healing in ways words sometimes cannot. Through the fusion of traditional talk therapy and expressive art techniques, I create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their inner worlds, process emotions, and build resilience.
I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and in-progress doing the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).
I am committed to helping individuals of all backgrounds discover the transformative potential of therapy—whether through conversation, canvas, or both.
I practice under the supervision of Caroline Cook, Ed.D., LPC, ATR-BC.
Together, we’ll identify what you want to work on and change and take the necessary steps to help you understand your true self and achieve your goals.
